Randi Cutmore - The Cornwall ADHD Coach
Randi is a certified ADHD coach, trained with ADDCA, including advanced study in family coaching. She offers online sessions and works with teens aged 16+, young adults, and adults, particularly those navigating key life transitions. Diagnosed with ADHD at 18 while at university, Randi brings deep lived experience and understands the importance of building core skills to work with an ADHD brain rather than against it. Using a strengths-based, nurturing approach, she helps clients understand their ADHD minds, feel proud of who they are, and develop the executive function and emotional regulation skills needed for long-term success and independence.
