Find Your ADHD Path: A Free ADHD Resource to Help Parents Find the Right Support

I'm really excited to introduce Find Your ADHD Path! My new, completely free tool designed to help parents find trusted ADHD advice through the All Aboard ADHD podcast, exactly when they need it.

"Where do I even start?" is one of the questions I hear most often from parents navigating ADHD.

When my son was diagnosed with ADHD in 2017, parents didn't have access to the wealth of information that's available today. I read books, completed courses, listened to experts and learnt everything I could, because I wanted to understand my son and support him in the best way possible.

That's why I started All Aboard ADHD in the first place: to create the credible, evidence-based resource I wish I'd had back then.

But with more than 65 episodes now available (and counting), I realised something:

You don't need all the information at once. You need the right information, at the right time.

That's why I created Find Your ADHD Path.

How It Works

Life's complicated enough, so I've kept Find Your ADHD Path really simple.

There are no long questionnaires or complicated forms to complete. Just answer two simple questions about where you are on your ADHD journey, and you'll receive a curated list of All Aboard ADHD podcast episodes chosen to support you at this stage.

Step One: Choose Where You Are on Your ADHD Journey

The first step is to choose the stage that best reflects where you are today.

Starting Out

For parents at the beginning of their ADHD journey, looking for answers and trying to make sense of ADHD.

Finding My Way

For parents who understand the basics and are ready for practical strategies, guidance and support.

Looking Ahead

For parents who want to celebrate strengths, deepen their understanding and help their child thrive.

Each stage reflects a different point in the ADHD journey, because the questions you have at the beginning are often very different to the ones you have a year or two down the line.

Step Two: Choose What You Need Help With

Next, choose the area where you'd most like support:

As soon as you've selected a topic, you'll receive a carefully curated list of podcast episodes that are relevant to both your stage of the journey and the support you're looking for.

Instead of spending hours searching for answers, reading information that isn't relevant yet, or disappearing down internet rabbit holes, you can go straight to the expert conversations that are most likely to help.

If you're neurodivergent yourself, you'll know how quickly information overload can become overwhelming. Rather than being faced with hundreds of podcast episodes or endless Google searches, Find Your ADHD Path helps you focus on a small, manageable selection of conversations that are relevant to your life right now.

And as your family moves from Starting Out, to Finding My Way, to Looking Ahead, you can come back to the tool whenever you need it. It will always help you find the next conversation that's right for you.

Why I Created Find Your ADHD Path

One of the things I've learnt through my own family's ADHD journey, coaching parents, and hosting the All Aboard ADHD podcast, is that the questions you ask at the beginning of your ADHD journey are rarely the same ones you ask six months or two years later.

At first, you're often trying to understand what ADHD is, whether a diagnosis feels right, or how to navigate school.

Later on, your questions might be about friendships, emotional regulation, medication, sensory differences, sleep, strengths, hormones, or preparing for adulthood.

That's also why I deliberately don't number my podcast episodes. There isn't a "right" order to listen to them in, and you certainly don't need to listen to every episode!

I want you to find the conversations that are most relevant to you, your child and where you are on your journey, exactly when you need them.

That's why I didn't want to create another long list of podcast episodes.

I wanted to create a simple way to help you find the conversations that are most relevant to you, your child, and where you are right now.

Because supporting a child with ADHD isn't about knowing everything. It's about finding the right information, at the right time.

Start Your Journey with All Aboard ADHD

Find Your ADHD Path is live now on the website, and I'll continue adding new podcast episodes every fortnight as the library grows.

My hope is that Find Your ADHD Path makes it that little bit easier to find the right information, at the right time, whatever stage of the ADHD journey you're on.

Because every family deserves easy access to clear, compassionate and evidence-based ADHD support.

I'm incredibly proud to finally share Find Your ADHD Path with you. The tool will continue to evolve as the podcast grows, with new episodes, topics and features added over time. But the purpose behind it will always stay the same:

To help you find the right information, at the right time.

So, if you've been meaning to dive into the podcast but haven't known where to begin, I'd love you to give it a try.

It only takes a few seconds. Simply, choose the stage that feels most like life for you right now, select the area you'd like support with, and I'll guide you from there.

Because no one should have to navigate ADHD alone.
